Crodasinic LS30


Crodasinic LS30 is a biodegradable anionic surfactant consisting of the sodium salt of an acyl sarcosine (sarcosinate). Produced from a natural fatty acid and the amino acid derivative sarcosine, Crodasinic LS30 offers a number of functional benefits in a wide variety of homecare and I &I applications.

Crodafos N-3E

Crodafos N-3E (oleath-3 phosphate) is a moderate foamin surfactant that works synergistically with nonionics as an emulsifier, detergent, and hydrotrope.  The alkalstability of Crodafos N-3E makes it particularly well suited for use in heavy duty cleaning formulations.  Crodafos N-3E also acts as a coupling agent for nonionic surfactants in formulation containing high levels of electrolyte.

Phenoxetol

Phenoxetol: 2-phenoxyethanol


Features

Phenoxetol has broad spectrum activity including
a gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, yeasts and moulds. Phenoxetol is particularly effective against Pseudomonas spp. and other problematic gram-negative bacteria. Phenoxetol has dual advantages of solvency and activity.

Phenoxetol is a versatile preservative which has a wide range of uses from detergent based products such as foam baths through to skincare foundations and make up.

Phenoxetol is stable and effective over the range of pH 3.0-8.5, at elevated temperatures in excess of 80℃. Phenoxetol has low volatility at ambient temperatures.



Uses
 
Phenoxtol is readily soluble in many non-aqueous ingredients and may be added directly to detergent-based products without heating.

In emulsions, Phenoxetol may be added to either phase prior to emulsification, or immediately afterwards with continued rapid mixing.
